1. Overview

We want you to feel comfortable with any service you choose from Herbalorganic. This policy describes our approach to refunds and cancellations in a clear and fair way. It applies alongside our Terms of Use, and it does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under Dutch and European law.

2. What this policy covers

This policy relates to paid services that we may offer, such as consulting sessions, personalised activity outlines, educational materials, or group programmes. Our website itself provides general information free of charge, and that free content is not subject to refunds.

3. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days from the conclusion of a service agreement, during which you may withdraw without giving a reason. Where you expressly ask us to begin a service during this period, and the service is then fully performed, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the completed part, as permitted by law. We will make any such arrangement clear before we begin.

4. Eligibility for a refund

You may be eligible for a refund where, for example:

  • You cancel within the applicable cooling-off period and the relevant conditions are met.
  • A paid service was not delivered as agreed.
  • There was a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge.

Each request is reviewed on its own facts and in good faith, taking into account the nature of the service and how much of it has been provided.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details so we can help you quickly:

  • Your name and the email address used for the booking.
  • The service concerned and the date it was arranged.
  • A short explanation of the reason for your request.

6. Timing and method of refunds

Once a refund is approved, we aim to process it within fourteen days. Refunds are normally issued using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise with you. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.

7. Non-refundable items

Certain items may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, for example:

  • Digital materials that have been fully delivered and accessed after you agreed to immediate provision.
  • Services that have already been fully performed at your express request.
  • Any free informational content available on this website.

We will always tell you in advance where an item is non-refundable so you can make an informed choice.

8. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please let us know as early as you reasonably can. We will do our best to find a new time that suits you. Where a session is cancelled at very short notice, we may discuss a fair arrangement with you, always keeping your statutory rights in mind.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection law. As a consumer in the Netherlands or the wider European Union, you retain all mandatory rights granted to you, and this policy is intended to operate in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
